anne's been getting a lot of airplay lately;kudos to the publicist!
oh my lola, i didn't know you were still blogging! thanks to jason @night is half gone for tipping me off!
Hi there! Yes, I do still post when the spirit moves me, so make sure to check what you've missed. Thanks for stopping by!
The spirit that moves me is mainly gin and tonic :-)Jx
As cheesy as the setup is, here are two great women singing live without any electronics, back when singers had distinguished voices. This was wonderful, pop at its very best. The 80s hair is another thing entirely and you could land a 747 on those shoulder pads. Anne is great, but Dusty is the queen.
Here's a VERY interesting article Anne Murray wrote about Dusty Springfield. Well worth investigating!http://www.theglobeandmail.com/arts/dusty-springfield-touched-something-deep-inside-me/article1203816/
She touched something deep inside of Anne? Like her secret lady place?
I can feel the sexual heat from here.
Imagine the amount of hairspray that was used just for this one scene... Jx
I can smell the Aqua-Net fumes from here and I'm liking it.
