Ladies and Gentlemen, Miss Peggy Lee!

This number probably wouldn't fly these days, but now you know the proper wig to wear with a bedazzled duvet cover!

  1. Well, yes - she was well on her way into her own little world by this time, but you still have to love her. Phrasing is a lost art, and hers, in even the most regrettable of ditties (and wigs) is flawless...

    1. Of course, you KNOW I love her. This is the eighth time she's appeared here!

I especially enjoy the way her wig was styled to enhance her earrings. Genius!

  2. The only thing I was offended by were those horrid little figurines at the start of it! (My apologies to any antique collectors who know more about them and/or like them!) :-)

    1. I want to assume that there was some sort of context for them earlier in the show, but it's entirely likely that there wasn't. The harpsichord was equally inexplicable.

  3. all my duvet covers ARE bedazzled,
but alas, my face is far from taut.
