  1. The iconic Country classic as only Miss Whine-ette and her back combed Beehive hairdo can sing it.

  2. When I am feeling blue and weepy, I walk out to the front porch in my best sequined dress and fresh new wig and sing Miss Wynette's ode to doormats.

  3. She looks particularly boss-eyed in this clip - I think the webbing's a bit tight on that wig... Jx

  4. "Sometimes, it's hard to be a woman..." No truer words have ever been sung, and no better advice for a man has been shared.

  5. She always looks vaguely resentful, as if it were some kind of surprise, and an unwelcome one, that she's standing there in that wig, wailing away. And you're right, Jon - she's got a bad case of the normashearers, and that eye makeup is not helping...

    1. I like to think that she was all dressed up for a night on the town, only to be stood up yet again. However, she's probably just pissed about singing on a front porch. Either way, I can relate.

  6. Who is that Q-tip, and why is it angry?
